One of the many advantages of living in our neighborhood are the nature trails surrounding us. We have decided Sundays are our family day to go explore these trails. It is fun and relaxing to take the boys out and enjoy mother nature. Great learning opportunities and fun memories are had. Especially when the dog decides to eat dog poop (not his own, not like that matters though) on the trail. So gross I gagged. Seriously. Dogs...As you can see David protected us from the bad guys. He was packin'. Luke and Micah enjoyed seeing the rabbits and spiderwebs. I enjoyed taking pictures and being with my family especially Jon. He's been working lots so getting to see him and spend time with him is always a joy. Looking at these pictures you can see the fall colors. I think this is the first time in 3 years I've seen them. They are hard to find in Los Angeles. Another bonus for living here.
