Sat ur day

I'm grateful for:

juvenile laughter. today i went to the grocery store and after i loaded up the van with groceries i turned to take the cart to the cart rack thingy. it was about 20 yards away downhill. no cars parked around it. i thought to myself "i can do it." so i aimed and shoved the cart towards the cart aisle thingy. missed. i started laughing. turned around got in the van and drove away. it was funny and felt great to be 15 again. good times. (i know this is probably not funny to you, but i'm at a point today of goofy tired. everything is funny to me.)

I'm grateful for:

living close to 2 of jon's brothers and their families. it's nice to get together once in awhile and catch up.

I'm grateful for:

$5 hanes her way sweatshirts. they are so cheap but so comfy.

I'm grateful for:

the friends i have at church. it's nice to go to church on sunday and see familiar faces and relate to people when it comes to religion, family values, and just life in general.

I'm grateful for:

jon fixing my html on this blog. i was having problems with it and he just fixed it without me even asking. he's so thoughtful. what a guy, what a guy. love him.

Happy Saturday Night. It's the best!

Thank you for this post. I wish I could have seen that 15-year-old giggle. I miss it. But the memories of you jumping in to the car with "you will never believe what I did today! I was so embarrassed." Are some of my favorites. We would laugh all the way to Rocket for your big gulp.
And thanks for the random photo.
I can hardly wait for Christmas and all the giggles. Love, Mom

I did the cart thing at Target yesterday too! LOL. I did make it however and I don't think I laughed, but I did give myself an air high 5 (don't laugh at me!).
Also, I think I have about 10 pictures of you making that same face :) I should scrapbook just those pictures :)

that is so funny about the cart thing. I do that all the time. It makes grocery shopping with the kids so much more fun. They can't wait for that part of our shopping experience. I've had a few dirty looks form some ladies over the years though. I've built up a pretty thick skin however!
How's the running going? I'm looking at tickets today!!

I love your cheesy pictures. And I read your post about yoga pants and I wish I could pull them off like you. It's still sweat pants for us girls with the big hips.
