Last Saturday, (after the tramatic Friday night with Micah) we headed off to Disneyland with a few of Jon's co-workers. The firm paid for our tickets and we decided to upgrade to the annual year pass. Some of the perks of Big Law really pay off:)
We got to Disneyland at noon and ate lunch with the other lawyers and decided to go with them to the Nightmare Before Christmas haunted house. I was not going take the kids in but the guy working the line said that most kids like it. Lucas ended up liking it and Micah ended up cuddling up to me and falling asleep. We put him in his stroller after that ride and he slept for the next 2 hours. He woke-up and it started to rain so we took cover in the Disney Store and then decided to leave. Micah's experience with Disneyland is lunch, one ride, nap, and store. But when we ask him if he had fun at Disneyland he says with a big grin "YES!"
The great thing about living so close to the "happiest place on earth" is knowing we can come back anytime. Lucas really had a great time. He was able to do the Winnie the Pooh ride, It's a Small World, and meet Mickey Mouse. Plus he got a Pirates sword at the Disney Store with the petty cash the firm gave us (another great perk). Overall, it was a fun day.

You guys are crazy! I'm jealous! I haven't been to Disney land since I was a little kid! That's pretty funny about Micah thinking it was so cool and he was hardly awake. Kids are so funny...
