I guess I had comment moderation on my blog post about Maids, Nannies, and Marriage. I just now figured this out. But, to my credit, I haven't been on this blog for longer than a few minutes a day if that.
Someone anonymous left a comment about the fact that not all maids are illegal. I apparently was not clear in my post about my question on hiring illegal immigrants. The only reason I asked this question or made that reference is because the maid that I have been recommended is illegal. I'm not guessing she is or not. She is not a legal citizen. She told my friend that she is not. That is a fact. Now do I really care? Not really. I guess if Jon or I want to someday have a political career than maybe I would care more. I do know, however, that NOT all maids are illegal. Obviously the anonymous didn't want to be known, but I would like you all to know I am not prejudiced.
And if you are wondering if I have hired her or not - I haven't. But it is not because I don't want to it is because Jon and I are trying to save money instead of spend it. With these economic times you never know what will happen. So until the economy turns around I guess I will be on bathroom duty. At least in a few years I'll have 3 maids called children:) (awesome. smile.)

My children ARE my maids:) It's never too early to teach discpline, organization skills, and cleanliness:) As I type, they are cleaning the basement (their play room:) Love ya D:)
